Description
- Reinforced concrete arch with elevated prestressed concrete hollow box girder, arch with a span of 165 m and a maximum height above the valley floor of approx. 70 m
- In the area of the superstructure, transition from straight track guidance into a transition curve; superstructure in the floor plan with replacement radius 34,000 m, arch in the floor plan straight on a chord to the transition curve
- Production of the arch in sections using ground-supported scaffolding, production of the superstructure using the incremental launching method
Special features
- Variable eccentric position of the tracks on the superstructure and additionally variable eccentric arrangement of the arch piers on the arch
- Sectional construction of the scaffolding and start of arch production before the scaffolding crest is closed
- Interaction between arch (parts) and scaffolding as a result of sectional arch production and variable temperatures during production
- Force transmission between concrete, formwork and scaffolding in arch areas with a large inclination, load transfer through formwork and girder layer in the area of the support columns of the scaffolding towers
- Pushing the superstructure over the arch without arch bracing or ballasting, deformation compensation of the arch by height-adjustable incremental launching bearings
